Banned?

Alright I just wanted to make it apparent that I have never cheated on my account, and nor Do I ever plan to. I play for fun anyways.

But something has caught my attention, and I thought I would share it. I tried logging in a few minutes ago, and I get the "Hack tool detected" message. I have NOTHING on my laptop, other than my personal pictures, notes, etc. Chrome/Firefox and that's it. Now I tried logging in again, and It said I was banned for 4 minutes. I's not a lot, but I NEVER cheated. EVER. I don't want to lose my Honorable ribbon over something that doesn't even apply to me. So please, If I do happen to lose my Honorable Ribbon, I would like to have it reestablished onto my account, because I don't cheat, will never cheat, and have never cheated. Thank you, StraightEZ
