Your connection is probably not stable as they said. You could try to reboot your router and that might solve the problems or just use an DSL cable to see if the problem is actually in the connection.

I Can't Join any Games .

When I try to Join any Match what so ever , The game becomes stuck at the Loading screen , Crossfire = Not responding

Merging threads here.

Between 4:30am - 6:30am we saw intermittent service interruptions.

This had to do with a firewall issue on our site and game. Our technical teams are looking at what happened, in the mean time the game and website are back to normal.

You need to submit a Support Ticket to Account Administration if you lost your account.

You should also note that there is no such thing as a ZP hack and you should never give out your account information to anyone.

I could probably say a lot more, but yea you should just submit the 1 ticket and take the conversation there.
