Reporting a hacker. (Don't know where to go so doing it here)

So I was playing a game of spain snd, and my whole team notices a hacker right off the bat, so we told GR team to kick him but they didn't. So we got frustrated and it came to where the score was 12-12, and the hacker () decides to unleash all the hacks he has and we lose the game. Now I'm a very competitive person, and I think it's annoying z8 can hardly keep away hackers, and when they're reported, they can just create a new account, please try to fix this.
