This thread will get side tracked real quick.
There are a bunch of really good clans, then a bunch of good pub level clans.
The list wouldn't be terribly long, but long enough it would take a while to name them all.

What exactly is the nature of your question?

If you are looking for a gm clan, just post it as a LFC(looking for clan) thread. To be straight, there's no need to make multiple threads.

Could not agree more with the list above. Members in those clan are very nice people and I am sure you will find great fun playing GM with your clanmates if you decide to join any of them.

aversion, bushido, etherion, ghostyle, FoE, pinkmist

^^^ only NA clans that consider themselves a GM clan and are active, i think

also fade is starting back up. not sure if they will be GMing

There's also shank but I'm starting to see less of them. I think trapt is more of a team than a clan.

BlackPiratess isnt active at all xD
but its a chill clan,no drama n stuff like that

but ye Explicit- and -Guantanamo. are probably the most active GM clans atm.
