I can't upload files and submit hacking Report. Too many hackers in CF, please fix it Saidin! I catch VIP's and High Ranks Cheating.... It´s funny...

Some players are not able to report via hacking report page. What you can do is upload the CF replay file (http://www.sendspace.com/) and send the link via complaint with detailed info about the hacking situation.
