Hack tool has been detected (??.??.?)

So i have been getting this error quite frequently. Hack tool has been detected and then i can't log back in for couple of minutes..

Solutions tried-- complete reinstall of CF
--allowed thru firewall + antivirus
--uninstalled the antivirus & then installed CF
--opened up ports of firewall + router

Nothing working yet... so question for the community, I have heard that this error doesn't happen in the Clan Server? or you have to stay in the Clan Server for 5-10 minutes everytime you log in-game? or any other way I can get around this "DISCONNECTION" error. Thank you.

ps (this error has been with the game for a long time, 2+ years as far as i can remember. Hence the question is for community, if there's a way around)
