Mouse/Keyboard Extreme Delay in Channels After New Content

bad delay - I guess it would also be called mouse lag?
Both: mouse curser movement and keyboard typing

-Fine when not on CF.
-Only does it in server/channel/room lobbies, not in a game.

-Anyone else experience this?
-Anybody had this issue and resolved it?
Care to share?
-Spyware and Malware scans were done prior so nothing of that nature.
Any advice is greatly appreciated.
