Installer won't open after download

Hi, disabled only dont work, you need to uninstall it because the antivirus run quiet in the background and block the patcher... what AV you use on your PC right now? -
Microsoft Security Essentials AV, ZoneAlarm AV and Norton AV make no problems.
Iobit Anti Malware & AVG AV & Internet Security, Avast AV, BitDefender AV make problems and block CF.
Info: AV = AntiVirus.
I finally fixed it, you were right. It seemed like AVG was secretly running the whole time and continued to block the installer even when I disabled it. All I did was go on the AVG website downloaded their official uninstaller and ran it then restarted my PC and wallah! -
