Since uploading .cfr files through their website is not a possible solution, will they accept url links to media storage websites? Where we can upload .cfr files to sites like mediafire so they may link our hack reports with the url we provide with them?

    Yes they do, just submit it as a complaint. Include all of the information you usually include in a hack report.

    Yes i make the same! Copy the uploaded URl Link into your Complain Support Ticket.

    As you guys know the hacking situation with this game is pretty bad. People are constantly complaining on forums which can cause spam on forums due to similiar threads made about hacking issues every day. I'd like to know if you guys are working on the website to report hackers since it has been a year now that we can't report hackers in the website. In my opinion if the hack report page was functional the game would be fine and without any hacking issues ( since you guys restricted the number of accounts created per IP by 3 ). Me and the whole community would be more then grateful to see the hacking report available once again so we can "clean" the game from not legit players. If you guys are working on it I'd like to receive a message confirming that.

    As you can see they are working in a better report system and also improving x-trap. We just need to wait. Don't make this threads since you already know that they are working in it.
