how can I change the sec answer
and how can I get the 1st in game name if I forgot it
and does that require any info I have acces to my mail and I know the current sec answer I know all info but I do not know the 1st in game name so can I change the sec question and the answer of it

All of that information would be sent to the original email account. If that is not you, then its highly unlikely you will be able to obtain it.
If you did create the account then contact support and they will help you.

gm asked for first name

can u kindly say that 1st info is very important to all when they register to make them keep it
so when he did ticket or some thing can get his acc
not cuz he change 1st ign and forgot the 1st one means he is not the owner

reason for this post
I gaved gm all 1st info except the 1st ign cuz I already changed a lot and he told me I am not the owner very funny one and actually this make the support is not good at all
