Achievement system not working???

The blackmarket part of the achievement system is supposed to increase your chances of wining but I buy 10 or 15 crates a day and the achievement still says purchase crate 10 of 15 why is it not changing the blackmarket is set as my main and my goal it won't go to the next stage??? Help me please! Thanks!!
