Hi I've sent a ticket on January 1st and it still hasn't been answered 5 days later... The service is really slow and I want to get back playing!

More than likely they are working with a smaller staff during a small portion of the holidays, and now the weekend is here as well.

Just be patient. You are probably not the ONLY one sending in a ticket during these holidays.
