Bought zp through wu pay and still have not recieved it

I used the Prepaid card option and chose "Rixty" and then clicked on the WU pay choice. I did everything it said and they took the $42.99 off of my account. It then said that i would receive a confirmation email and my ZP within 24 hours. After that i never received a confirmation email from them or anything and have not received my ZP. I tried customer support but i think a bot replied and i have no clue what else to do :(. I have my bank statment saying i paid the money if any proof is needed. Any help would be greatly appreciated as i really don't want to lose $42.99 to a shady company.

    I think something is running slowly, I paid for 100k zp and haven't received some of it. Submit a ticket, they'll get to you within the next couple of days.

    Without revealing any condemning or intimate details about the transaction, could you describe what this so-called "bot" has stated for an email?

    If there is a transaction ID, do NOT state it here.
    If it mentions any Z8Games or Rixty account details, do NOT state it here.

    If indeed you can confirm on Rixty's end for the ZP transaction (them receiving payment) then you may want to contact Z8Games Support to verify that there is a valid ZP transaction going through and they've received notice from Rixty about your account.

    Etc Etc.

    I dont understand how it isnt one of the payment options when it literally says i can buy zp through them.... I am very confused right now and i really would like some help :/

    Hmmm. Have you contacted Rixty about this? It seems they have accepted payment from you but did not forward the ZP request to Z8.
