No sound in game

Hi,
I have a problem,all the sound options are ON and 100% but the gun fires,the movements,and all the "tehnical" sounds have no sounds (all the sounds are ON and 100%)

The radio sound and the background noises can i hear.

What can I do?? i have reinstalled the game but nothing....
