My ping problem

before i had 12 mbs speed my ping is 70
now i had 24mbs speed my ping still 70
why? someone had 24mbs speed ping will be 55+
and i go to Pingtest they show me the ping is 56
what reason？
when i use other internet line my ping is 55 just my own internet line show 70
