why would i continue to donate

every AND I MEAN EVERY!!!!!! game today. was shortly interrupted by shotgun users shooting across the map through walls and 1 hit killing every one. I want my over 400 dollars over the years donated to you back! if you can't get off your butts and kick/ban/even kick off for 2 min a single hacker in hours and hours of time i faced the same ones in different channels on different servers all day long this is so stupid!!! why would we as players give you a dime to keep the servers running if we cant even enjoy one game in 3 hours of play time with out the same god damned (and yes i mean god damned because my frustration WARRANTS IT!!!!!!!) hack being used over and over and over and over and over by the same characters over and over. now i don't submit reports! you can watch any server any channel for 2 min and see hackers in the rooms. if i can find them your "trained" staff can too. and unlike me you can do more then request the other team kick them (like they ever do).
