M4A1- Custom Crystal

Hey ... I'm wondering when or if I am going to get the M4A1 Crystal since in the ribbon achievement part it says that you'll get an M4A1 crystal if you have 20 ribbons or more and I finally made 20 ribbons, so is this a bug cause I didn't get it or I am reading the information wrong.

Please help!

It takes up to 72 hours to get the custom crystal after getting the ribbon of my ribbons are made of crystal , Which also take up to 72 hours

It takes up to 24-48 hours ( or even 72 hours ) to update the ribbon page and to receive the rewards.
