so how do submit a ticket

well i wanted to change my current email address since i don't remember it and when i did it says a confirmation email is sent to my old email address. since i don't remember it i decided to submit a ticket. Here's the problem
when i was filling out the details it asks for my current email address (which i dont have and i need to change it)
and also for recent purchase. i have never purchased zp but am planning on (today or tomm) so i thought i would make sure every thing is in order in case i have a problem later on...any ways...i cant leave the fields empty so i cant submit a ticket. All i need is the email address.
please help..

You can change your e-mail address without having your current e-mail. make sure you have your security question and answer. Telling this in the ticket will help you change your e-mail address.also wanted to know if there's a way to delete an account so i can delete some old ones.
accounts can't be deleted by yourself. Once in a time Z8Games delete some account which are not used longer then a year. -
i did
i provided correct security answer and all it says a confirmation email has been sent to the old email address
that's what's bothering me.
the system is stupid
the purpose of a security question is to avoid any hassle
yet im stuck in the middle
and no some acc i noticed when i searched there names,
are still in the system and i like there names but they haven't been used in over 3years -
Events
I currently have some issues about events in Cross Fire. First, Spin The Wheel Holidays: I have deposited more than 150k ZP recently, and it doesn't give me the spins I should have gotten. In addition, I have won the jackpot, but the ZP still hasn't been sent to my acount. A GM (ABC) messaged me, but I accidently deleted two of the three messages before reading them. Is there a way of making me know what I should do?
Second, Boxing Day Bonanza: I have spent more than 210k ZP ingame (VIP items), and I still haven't recieved the promised 20 Christmas Crates. Is there a delay? Someone please let me know, and please help me eliminate these worries of mine.
