Where are my crates?

So yesterday I deposited over 100k zp, and spent it all in game, so I wait until today, the 27th, to open my 20 xmas crates, and my ! phoenix crate (from the 11th day of crossfire.)Low and Behold, I didn't get jack squat for crates, not one, can anybody tell me why?
