Crater random Client Errors

Is z8 games ever going to fix the client errors people randomly get while in Hard mode crater? I sent in about 3 tickets and the responses usually go like "Don't jump on each other" or "Try avoiding edges because you might fall through the map" stuff like that. Seriously?

yea I get it when I press F and knife the bosses. Also in HM, MM, and the chainsaw Zm map

This Bug ( Client Error 24_14 ) is reported. We all must be patient.

Do you get error in any kind of specific spot of the map? Have you reinstalled the game or do you have any program such as Game booster? Optimizing programs often shutt down impotant services that cause that type of errores.
