Cannot connect to buddy List!

I cant add a friend, when i try to add a friend, a waring says: This function hasn't been open( something like this). When I click on my buddy list, it says: Buddy server is un stable, so connection fail. This problem bothered me since I played Crossfire. Is there a solution to this problem? Thanks
