Computer Crashes When i start game

Hey i ws just wondering if you could tell me why Crossfire keeps crashing my laptop when i start i have never had this problem and i uninstalled re downloaded and installed it again.... nothing......

Could you please help me in finidng out why it is doing this, it was not responding before the game started when i had it working...... i wonder if i will need to reinstall windows
