Can't Purchase 10k ZP with UltimatePoints

Hey guys,

I can't seem to be able to purchase ZP with my UltimatePoints even though I have more than enough points needed.

This is the method I go through:

1. Login to Z8games
2. Click on deposit
3. Click 'Pay By Cash'
4. Select 10k ZP ($8.99)
4. Login to my UltimatePay - http://puu.sh/5g6li.png
5. Click on 'Apply My UltimatePoints: 889' - http://puu.sh/5g6p5.png
6. I get returned to this and nothing else happens - http://puu.sh/5g6qX.png
You can also see that the balance left to pay is still $10.00 ...^

Please Help, I want to pre-order the Iron Beast!!!!

PS: Other amounts work (of course I don't have enough points for more than 10k)

I've encountered this problem multiple times. And for one thing, it's not really a problem. It's not 889 points you need to get it, it's most likely around 1100 points. Plus, if you apply your 889 points then it would discount that amount off. Just try to get a bit more points.

My question will be a rather stupid question but....might I ask....are you 100% sure that you pressed the "apply my points" button? Try changing your country from Australia to United States or something. Because if you press the button, it shouldn't have bounced you back to the starting page and it still saying $10 due...

I have tried many other countries. And Yes i click "apply my points".

No, he's right. I've had the same error. What happens is, it tries to apply the points (889) to pay for the price before the increase due to the method you're using.

You can't buy ZP straight with Ultimate Points unfortunately, you'll have to do another transaction (as in, buy another card) and then just get more. Say you buy $40 in UGC, try to get a $50 option to use it up.
