Failed to pass security validations?

Trying to add a little zp to take advantage of the possible 50k and 10 bonus crates for the phoenix stuff, but as I'm completing the transaction I keep getting this error.
"Your account will not be charged. Reason: Failed to pass security validations"

Any mod/gm or any player out there have a possible solution to this? I kinda wanna do something nice for myself today ^_^

what method are you using?

credit cards usually give this if you mistyped any information, even wrong capitalization on name and such.

Yeah I'm using a credit card. I usually type everything the same way though.
I even teamviewed a friend and was able to make my last purchase on her desktop.
Kinda weird o.o
