Gift ZP is NOT Working

i'm like 60k ZP in minus because of this bug or whatever this is.the payment was made, money are gone and the ZP is somewhere in the middle....Please Z8, take care of this ISSUE as well...

  • Please note that we have seen an increased number of people NOT getting the correct name of the person you are gifting to (or vice versa) correct.

    For some reason people think that the IGN does not involve special characters like "." and "*" or "[" etc.

    You have to enter the full name in and correctly. Including special characters.

    You will have to send a support ticket in for your account under billing.

    According to our records you have not gifted ZP to anyone. The ZP you have deposited has been put on your account and already used (you bought Christmas Crates with it).

    1) Our systems are working correctly.

    2) This is a great example of false and inaccurate information given to support. The reason why it took so long is because you gave us false information to start with.

    You told us that the account was yours and you were gifting zp to yourself, then you told us that the person gifting you zp was not you, and instead a clan mate.

    Then you could not give us the full information on the payment transaction.

    Then finally you gave us the name of the person gifting you ZP. And upon checking our records we noticed that the person had gifted ZP to another account.

    Whether or not this was in error, the only person that can confirm that is the person who has actually gifted the ZP.

    They need to contact us to say that it was in error.


    Please note however, that if the ZP was used up by the other account in game then there is nothing we can do.

    When you gift ZP you need to make sure you type in the correct name of the person.



    Hopefully this shows to users who might be watching that our systems are accurate and that you are getting responses from support. But that broken and false information creates an extension in the type of support you get for your issue.
  • I had the same problem. I gifted it to my friend Vizion. and instead it sent it to a trainee account named Vizion i swore i enter the period. I sent in a support ticket about 11 days ago and still haven't gotten a reply.

    @ saidin if i don't get a reply in 14 days what do I do? Send in another one?

    same here, i sent mine 11 days ago and still no response, idk what to do....

    My issue with gifting ZP got solved after 17 days.

    We are not talking about same ZP here. And FYI, i've made a ticket to ask you about that gifted ZP from the billing account.still waiting for an answer.I know about every single ZP that have been charged on my account, thru gift or direct transaction, and i do have all the transactions to proove it.Thank you for your attention.

    hope to get the same answer as you as soon as possible.my clan mate did the same error, he swears that he put all the characters when he made the transaction, althrough the zp reached some long gone player "t.k" wich didnt play since like 2011...

    i am trying to gift zp using paysafe card but i keep getting error saying the ign you are typing does not exist. Never had problem before.Can you help with this? btw i tried on 2 different accounts and i need to gift zp to 4 clan members.
