Windows 8 game errors and crashes :(

I got Windows 8 few months ago and while i was a way from CF for a very long time, but now i decided to get back to it, i haven't been able to close CF properly, it always stop responding and i have to close it through the task manager, as for the matches i got DCed from the game at zombie mode at round 27 with silver create(i didn't get anything ofc lol)
and yesterday i SUFFERED to get people to join my E.M. Xmas map AND GOT THE SAME PROBLEM, errors, and crashes, and on top of that(game not responding) i got banned for 4 hours after trying to close it through Task manager lol, if anybody is using Windows 8 plz tell me if you facing any troubles or these issues took place after a certain patch or something, thanks.
