Downloading Issues!!

Every time I download Crossfire_NA.exe I double click on it and yes I ran it as a administrator, and every time I get the same error "We couldn't establish a connection. Could you please check your connection and try again?" And my connection is fine. I would be very thankful for anyone who can resolve this situation.

Seriously nobody? I just wanted to play this awesome game and I can't even get a solution to a error, i'm done.

Don't blame others for not answering your problems. Try sending a support ticket even though they don't work at weekends. That can be caused by getting internet disconnection. Check the requirements in order to proceed to the download of the game ( use internet cable to stablish a better internet connection ). If that problem is still occuring please send a support ticket reporting your problem and they might solve that.

Try downloading the client directly. Then be patient during the patching updates.
