Avira problems

Hi.
the problem is that I can't start game while Avira Premium is runing.
I put the game into the exception of the Firewall, but it still doesn't want to work.

Any suggetions?

do you get any Errors? Whats your System (XP, Vista, Win 7)?

no I do not have any errors, just can't connect game
System is windows XP SP 2
Intel 3 Gh
Ram 1 Gb
Video 256 Mb

Uhm..

May be you should try another Antivirus...

ok. You can try to start the game without having a firewall activ, if thats works, the problem is on your firewall software.
Btw, is your Gameguard fully loading or is the game not even starting after Gameguard loaded?

anyways post if it is your firewall that is blocking crossfire and just for you cos your XP user like meh 8D ill download that anti-virus and check out a solution just so you dont get viruses from anywhere

also you never said if you put it onto the exceptions list on your windows firewall or your anti-virus firewall

i no its a stupid question but its always best 2 check

EDIT: GAHHH could you post the exact version of your anti-virus of avira XD go to the site to the downloads part and name it

e.g.

desktop - avira antivir premium etc etc
