Brazilian'm like playing the English crossfire over my ping is 200 and I can not kill because of lag as you guys have to talk some program I lower ping.

Your latency has nothing to see with CF and they can't to anything to solve that problem. Some people have lower latency because they are close to the servers. In your case you have a higher latency since you are pretty far away from the servers.
