i wanted to buy 100k zp with Ukash vouchers,so i bought one of 10 euro and one of 50 and i combined them into one voucher of 60 euro,then i came to deposit and after i complete informations and sh1t it gives me this error ''Your transaction has been denied due to unusual activity''.What do they mean by ''unusual activity''?does anyone has/had this problem with Ukash payment?Did i just lost 60 euro?please reply

    I'm guessing vouchers mean you don't have a ukash account or anything, so likely its your Z8 account that is flagged for unusual activity.


    Most likely cheating, account sharing, previous payment issues etc.
    Or none of the above. I don't know. Nobody here will know exactly why.

    Submit a support ticket at http://support.z8games.com like you're supposed to.
