Can a mod reply to my ticket [ URGENT ]
i got two of my accounts hacked KINGLOIMOYE and KingAus. because of downloading farmbot a few weeks ago and it was before u guys made it illegal to use a farm bot so i didnt do it anymore but then i got keylogged so i sended a support ticket along time ago i got the account back but i was dumb enough and changed it back to my old pass and then he took the old pass and logged in and he changed the pass with my email and now is sending a support ticket to u guys to change the email to My Accounts KUNGLOIMOYE and KingAus. please do not let this kid keep both of my v.i.p accounts its p1ssing me off a br kid getting all my stuff that i spent with all my money and also he is spamming the email and password and security lost cover with my email so i dont get the info and change it before he sends a support ticket for u guys to change his email please dont believe him ill even tell u the credit card info that i use to buy zp on Both accounts and the account im sending a support ticket on is cubinpro20

Fix This Error Where People Can Find Your Email
This Brasil Guy Went into Deposit
Then Change Global To Brasil
Then Into Pagseguro
Then Hit 10k Zp In Brasil
Then Finalizar Compra
And Then he Found My Email
Fix That Glitch and then he used my email to change my password
and now this mod thinks i am the guy on that account that send a support ticket to change email on KUNGLOIMOYE and Kingaus. but its not me its the brasil guy

GOT MY ACCOUNT BACK STAYED UP TILL MIDNIGHT TO GET KINGAUS. AND KUNGLOIMOYE. I HAD TO SPAMM EMAIL BEFORE HE DID SO I STAYED UP LATE AND GOT IT

but it was a long time ago the mods gave me back the account cause i was lucky but he didnt keylogg me this no life kid i thought he was done trying to steal my acc so i changed it back to my old pass and then he got my email from a cf glitch like i explained and now he is spamming out the email and password recover so i dont get it from my email and now he is sending a support ticket trying to change my email so he can keep both accounts

My eyes hurt.
As do mine. And even if he was keylogged, most emails (that I use) require two-step verification, involving a single-use code that changes every 10 seconds. If he had that incorporated into his account, he wouldn't be having this problem. Furthermore, he wouldn't have had any trouble in the first place if he didn't use a farm-bot/auto-frag, as you said. Humans will be humans. -

As long as he doesn't have access to/knowledge of the first email and password, as well as your IP, you should be fine in recovering your account. Still, you should avoid compromising your account(s) in the first place, ESPECIALLY if you spent money on them. -
Ok i get it i stopped using it before z8games made it illegal thats not my point i just want my accounts back that i spent so much money on like more than 1000 on kingaus. And about a few hundreds on kungloimoye i asked for mods not people trying to correct me for my mistakes

man im really sorry i really want it back im just so stressed and frustrated everyone makes mistakes right? yea alrite thanks man and i dont think mods work on weekends but im scared that they might believe him and not me? cause theirs a few support tickets that are closed that have everything i told them and he might find out and copy it? :C

sorry man im just stressed and frustrated and i dont think he knows but the promblem is i sended a support ticket with every information i know and got back the account but on the accounts the support tickets are still their and he could copy man im so worried that i wasted all my money and i even got the credit card info to make sure its mine cause i bought the vips with them and some UGCS but lost the codes and the email it sends it too

There's no need to be sorry. And if you ARE the original owner of the account- and have all of the original information- you don't have much to worry about. Just be patient and I'm sure it'll all be sorted out. -
LOL It's your own fault by using a third party .dll
Now z8 are all on the festival halidays so dont expect your account back as quick as you think you would like it back

It is your fault for using that kind of 3rd party programs. You should already know that 3rd party programs are ILLEGAL and you should NOT use them. If even knowing that you still wanted to use that program it is your fault nor Moderator's fault. I feel no pity towards you and people like you that use the same or similiar 3rd party programs for their own advantage. Last but not least this is not the right place to recover your account. Please send a support ticket reporting your problem and they might help you solving it ( wich I highly doubt ). Make sure to read once again ( read them if you haven't yet ) the terms and conditions and most important the RULES of the game.

Are you sure he's Brazilian? And if you sent in Account Administration tickets you should be entering YOUR IP. Z8 keeps track of the IPs that send in tickets and what not. -
yes i did i enter ip hopefully z8games will show its me but i change routers and internet providers will that mess it up? hopefully z8games can confirm it ask the keylogger for his ip and im pretty sure cause in his support ticket he type letters messed up .
