Can you help me they said i haven't paid money to them so they blocked it but money has gone out my bank account and i checked with pay pal wht is happening?

Wht will happen to my account? I have proof of the money going out of it i submitted another ticket will that be enough..?

Or will my account always be blocked because now i ****ed of and raging.
