that is a foolish idea all a hacker has to do is reset his router if they have a static ip so swith the ip someone else gets it and ufourtanetly there banned for no reason

IP blocking doesn't work... They should ban the MAC Address of their Ethernet Adapter/Card... That doesn't change... and Not much people know how to change their MAC Address... And is even better cause it's unique on every internet adapter.

Of course they are.. You can't completely change your MAC Address, it's the only Address that identifies you're PC.. What they need to do, is bring in a Region Restriction..
