Very low dedicated video memory

I'm using
window 7 ultimate, 64 bit
processor: AMD Athlon(tm) II x3 450 processor 3.20GHz
6GB of ram

Now about the GPU:
chip type: GeForce 7025/nForce630a
DAC type: Intergrated RAMDAC
Adapter string: GeForce 7025/nForce630a

Total available Graphics Memory: 2287MB
Dedicated video memory: 256MB
System video memory: 0MB
Shared System Memory: 2031GB

I've tried changing the settings during the startup in BIOS, but there isn't a higher option than 256MB.
Dont tell me to buy another graphic card...im too poor
help?

EDIT: not technically an account issue, but none of the categories apply to my case.

So following your logic (TheShadowRO),
bandwidth is for the speed transfer (fps)
while the Video ram is for high resolution, correct?

-You also said that my GPU is integrated into my motherboard, so it is impossible to remove it and put a new one?
-One last question, is there a way to increase my bandwidth?

If the GPU is built into the motherboard, you don't have to remove it to add another one. You would add the new GPU to a pci slot.

The only possibility is to upgrade your video memory ... I also would like to upgrade some graphic cards / and CPU overall, but just not sure about that

I've heard about overclocking and I'm planning to do so. (Ik, its dangerous, but ill watch the voltage carefully

@TheShadowRo: I'm guessing that a bandwidth of 10.7GB/s isnt good?

It's not about the voltage, You must watch the temperatures. Stock cpu coolers can't handle the high temperatures that overclockin brings with itself.
Everything is fine, I know that u said that you can't afford a graphic card, but that is the only way u have, cause u are going to put on risk ur cpu and maybe ruin it and the motherboard too... so save couples of bucks and buy at least a 64bit graphic card. Like GT520 or something better, They are really cheap...
I have no money, but I found a way to buy a Nvidia GT520 2GB DDR3 64bit I paid like 65 dollars for it... Now they are in like 60 dollars...
But put attention... GT520 or higher, You don't want a GT210... cause it's crap...
