Not an xtrap error it just freezes and says send error report...

That is happening to pretty much everyone even me altough it only happens 1-2 times in about 12-15 hours. Sorry for misreading your techincal support.
You could try to send a support ticket to z8games and they might help you our or just confirm that that it is indeed an error that will get patched one day.

Please fix the Send Error Reports!
