this Server Not available to ur region :O?

Hey All Well i wanna a solution for my problem as im frm INDIA and its not in restricted region. where as i was playing around a week ago normal then suddenly 1 day i started getting this error ''This Server not avaliable to your region'' and More surprising is This tht i can Login in old acc and cant login in New acc. But in my Friends house who is Just next Door he is able to access my acc. tht is he is able to Login in any acc whereas i cant login atall. so Guys any solution?
