problem with my browser window

this isnt crossfire related, except it happens on crossfire webpage, as with all my other pages.


i just installed xp on my computer again, and for some reason, when i scroll down, the page seems to jump, its not a smooth scroll.

also, when moving a minimize window, it seems to do the same thing, its not smooth moving, it jumps a little.



any help.. please?
