If by any chance you still have access to your email's site, from Z8Games site click on ''Lost Password,'' from there it'll then redirect you to it's page, in which you'd then enter your email. If you don't have any access to your email whatsoever at this point, send a support ticket.

Sounds like a shared account or a badly traded account.

If you don't know any of the 3 important pieces of information you are out of luck. You are responsible to remember your own account information on an account you create.
