redeem gift

Hey all,
Ive got an problem, i've got 3 codes that i find on xfire facebook ect.
they were all available and activated in the redeem free gift event. But i havent got any gifts from z8games... Not on Crossfire either on the website. I know that they come in your inventory (or maybe like a crate i.d.k. anymore) but i dont have them. Is this a lill bug ? Did they forget me? Or....... do I get it after a few days ?

Normally they're put into your inventory. But i think, it might take maybe a little while till you get them placed into your account..
If you still dont get them, feel free to open a support ticket:
