My FPS :(

Hey guys, I have a couple questions.
I have a NVDIA GeForce 800gs Videocard

Does the amount of Ram Effect the FPS i Get? I have 2gs of Ram
Does my monitor Effect my FPS? Im playing on a stock dell Monitor via VGA..

Im asking this because when i first got ths video card, i used to get 200+ FPS. Now i get about 120 max. I changed from DVI to VGA about month ago. and Im Just trying find out what the problem is.

Ik some people say that FPS doest matter after 60 fps but i used to Twitch and Bandi on full quality and i cant even think about doing that now. And i feel the difference in the 60-80 FPS difference

If you have any input that would be really helpful.
