Cannot Access Test Server - GM Please Read.

Was blocked from z8games and crossfire but i do not know why because i have never hacked but i did buy zp the day before with a Visa card but it did not fail and i also submited 2 tickets and sent emails to Fallen angel and other GMs And have not had a single reply on nay Please help.
P.S. I ent on the Banned List

i'm glad to see (not really) i'm not the only one with this problem.. but i really start getting mad because of 4 days no answer at all.. and no payment left unpaid.. funny to see how they treat their users.. spending too much for getting blocked, maybe a new game mode instead of zombie mode 'I WIN!!'
