Cannot install RF016.REZ

As I try to update (Been repeating for almost 2 hours now) I cannot get RF016.REZ to patch correctly. This is an issue that may only be happening to me, but many others aswell.

I have the same problem! It's RF019.REZ and RF016.REZ. I just sent a PM to the GM about it in hopes that He or She gets back to me. I was really looking forward to playing today.

Does it just stay on the green line for you as well? And doesn't move any at all?

1: Retry.
2: Restart Pc then retry updating patch again....
3: If none of those work.... Uninstall cf and reinstall

That is exactly what is going on. I can't get past RF016.REZ for the life of me. And it stays at 100%, Not increasing any, Not decreasing any, just still. and It's been two hours of sheer repetition of trying.

Same thing happens to me. And my mistake it's not RF019.REZ It's only RF016.REZ I mis read them. I'm been trying repeatedly for about 45mins-1hour and no luck. Bottom bar stays the same and top bar stays at 100%.

Just fixed my issue, Dadric, Just leave it open, and go watch a show or something. Just give it time.

How long did it take? Because I watched a 30 minute show and it moved up from RF016.REZ But it's now stuck on RB001.REZ. I guess I should just give it a couple hours.

It says it finished patching I guess. Now HGW game watcher gets at 14% and a error pops up saying,

File is changed : W[2007] L[0] rez/RF016.REZ

Cannot install RF016.REZ
