about the sound :(

Hello All im new in here Nice to meet you

i have a problem with the sound i can hear radio massegs but i cant hear foot steps or nads or bullet sound at all

i tried :
1:turn it off and save and back on the same result
2: log of and log back in the same result
3:formated the hard disc still the same problem
4:installing a new and diffrent windows the same result

idk why this happend can any one help me please
