when i get dog tag letters and then i close the game all letters disappear
every time i get letter and close the game i disappear i completed c r o s s f i from the begnier mission and r from the daily mission then i closed the game to find all of them disappear

Well... in the lastest patch almost everybody lost their dogtags, and that was like the first time ever that happend.

If it happens often you should just sumbit a ticket.

I just want to confirm the post made by TheShadowRo: Yes all dog tags lost again after latest update.
And yes, you are also right about the dog tags reward: many times it takes months to get a complete set of dog tags. The reward should be reflecting that input compared to rewards you get from other things. I am all in on making the rewards again being some BM crate like as it was in the beginning.

i had my Dog tags for about a year they do a patch they are all gone, what a bunch of screw ups can't even do a patch right.

yeah after this patch i had still had all of the tags last night at like 11pm est and then i just signed on at 10:20am est and now they're gone i also second that they should change the reward i don't want the awm again lol
