Being pushed out of matches

After this Christmas patch I have been having this problem which has really ruined the game alot of me which is that when I join a match which is in its lobby stage when the match starts it just pushes me out saying it was full but I was just in it and then the match get deleted on my list on the matches list which is very annoying the only way I can play a match is it being already started (I will try to record proof but for now this should be good)
