Nope... Not true. Even when I won the MG4 there was none and it is the main item. Anytime you win a permanent item it's supposed to say congrats. Or at least it used to.




I won the Minimi on this Win 7. And won the MG4 on a Win XP box. Both the same. No congrats. I almost missed getting the screenshot on the MG4 because of it.
