MFC Application Error. I'm tired of it.

Guys, Really, I just came to post this cause I finally got tired of gettin that error when I am playing...
Here I am gonna explain to you when and how it happens to see if that helps you to fix it as soon as possible...

When I am playing(on any mode) sometimes cf freezes... when it happens, if it recovers of that "freeze" on the next 2~3 seconds, I don't get the error, but when it takes longer than that, It shows me the MFC application error.
I don't think that my pc is the one with the Issue, cause I bought a video card like 8 months ago, and things were great cause I had very low fps... But now... Just an update before the M4 Iron beast update, I started to get that error....
Cause Even when my pc was slower, and with less ram than now, cf didnt show up that error... but now, every time I play I get that message, it is like every 5 of 10 games I play I get that error.. so please we all would appreciate that u guys fix that...

I don't think that this is important.. but I think it happens most of the times with low specs PC's (cause my brother has a triple-core CPU..)
But here are my poor specs..

CPU: AMD Athlon 64 X2 4400+ @2.3Ghz 1MB Caché L2(Dual-core)
Motherboard: EliteGroup ECS MCP61PM-AM Socket AM2
GPU: Zogis nVidia GT520 2GB DDR3 PCIE2.0
