XTrap Problem. No idea why it's Chinese.

So I have no idea why my game doesn't start up. It was working fine last night! Plus I also don't know why the message it's in Chinese....Any solution for this?
-Tried re-installing the entire game file.
-Replacing my XTrap files in the Z8Folder.
-Also tried run as admin, allow on firewall, and my antivirus.

ERROR CODE 08-0400-00000000-523

Tool name: xunyount.dll
Site: CrossFire [North America]

P.S. I also tried to search for the Tool name in my computer but no luck!

Any help is greatly appreciated!
