Help! CF cfc error

Whenever i play zm i always get an error that says 'CF cfc malfunction' or something. It freezes the game/computer and if i click close on the error msg then the computer will need to be hard switched off (power button) because it freezes. i have to close it via task manager. But why is this coming up?! it's only for zm. I have tried reinstalling and updating graphics driver already and that hasn't fixed it. I will reinstall it again. Then if that doesn't work then i'm screwed. Please help me!
