storage/item error

Hello.Few minutes ago i logged in my account and visited my storage i did try change my character items but crossfire stoped working and my computer give the error,its says;an error accured.i did try change my items 3 times but every time i did try game give me same error.and whenever i did try to change game close itself.any advise/solution?thanks
